Running on treadmill, swings with 70pd db.

Did this at BNF at lunch so only time for 3 rounds. Had to switch treadmill 3 times and wait a bit for pull-up bar which slowed me a bit.

1 mile warm up - got 2 rocks from creek for swings
5x800 = 1/2 beach
swings=med hvy rocks
wall-ups=15

sore - but ok
