3 rounds 26:08Running on treadmill, swings with 70pd db. Did this at BNF at lunch so only time for 3 rounds. Had to switch treadmill 3 times and wait a bit for pull-up bar which slowed me a bit.
Long Beach1 mile warm up - got 2 rocks from creek for swings 5x800 = 1/2 beachswings=med hvy rockswall-ups=15sore - but ok
