VERY late - after work (10-ish)

3.5 miles = ran both beaches, low tide, FELL in creek, soaking wet..

squats = good (sets of 100
M-ups = 10/10 = pulls off clothesline & dips off stairs

cold nite - low tide - No ONE around dark - prety cool
no cold - just wet
