Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Handstand push-ups

3x10=bench
3x21=35lbs swings
3x12=HSPU (ok-not bad)
3x400=runs

(ran stairs to get to t-mill)

did this at BSC
running on treadmill (1% grade)
treadmill really slowed me down
I bet I could get this close to 10:00 at CrossFit MASS
