Did deadlifts with my powerblock dumbbelss.
Had to sling an extra 22.5# on each to get up to 135 total.
Used climbing loops and caribiners.

The extra plates kept forcing my knees in, keeping them out was a constant battle.

Did the 1/4 mile on the street.

Did the GHD sit ups off the tailgate of the Element.
