Squats

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

Overhead 95 115 135 145 155
Front 155 185 205 225 230
Back 245 275 295 315 315

All Overhead squats where butt to ankle deep.

First 4 front squats where just as deep maybe a little less, 5 front was just below parallel.

First 3 back squats where to parallel or just bellow.
4 back squat was 70% to parallel. 5th squat was 80% to parallel - held that for 5 secs.
