just finished a nite run, a good 4 miles. Stopped at the beach for some wall-pull up - still a bit sore from JT.
Practiced straight arm hand-stands outside behind the mud room.... crashed pretty hard each time, pretty funny each... I might have to ease away from the three point stance - will have to wait till I can support my weight..
