95 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 12 reps
12 Ring dips

Time 9:00 flat.

Started off slow.
Could probably do better, but I'm so not a morning person.

Still limping a bit, but knee seems better today.

Ring dips got a little shaky at the end, had to assist a bit to keep them moving.

SHDL: had keep readjusting grip, left wrist still not perfect yet.

This workout seems to be a mirror of Fran.

sub 15 dips w/10lbs around thighs for rings - sets of 5
dl = good!
