Time 9:00 flat.Started off slow.Could probably do better, but I'm so not a morning person.Still limping a bit, but knee seems better today.Ring dips got a little shaky at the end, had to assist a bit to keep them moving.SHDL: had keep readjusting grip, left wrist still not perfect yet.This workout seems to be a mirror of Fran.
