Pull-ups where good set's pretty much unbroken.

Ring dips where much harder
Had to go to jumping negatives after the 3rd round or I'd still be there doing them.

3(!) HOURS OF SURFING!!!!

felt strong after water time..
but did everything in slow motion

pulls-ups
sets 1-7 = 10
sets7-10 = 7/3

dips (done with arms out wide over two rocks / knees tucked in

sets 1-5 = 10
sets 5-10 = 6/4

slow run home - good work out
