did 3 rope pull ups per 1 ascent.
so round 1 I did 15 rope pull-ups.
round 2 I did 12 and so on.
Should have been 15 per 1 ascent, nextime.
Note, grip still sucks.

stuck to the 225lbs - this took my time way up; also did 3 rope pull-ups for each climb - needed some jumping ones to get through each set
"grip" is the weak link
