I got thru the first round in under a minute.

The first set of pull-ups was unbroken, the rest where fragmented and really slowed me down.

2.5 mile

wall-ups, w/a small kip
squats = strong

wall-ups = sets of 10/5
little to no rest, hands were getting cut from hanging from the granite sea wall
