10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Push-ups were not the problem they where last time. Lack of wind slowed me down.

Did squats to full depth, instead of bench/dynamax height.
I figure that's the main reason I was winded.
