1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Sub'd 500m rows for running.
Also only have 44# KB so used that again.

2.2 miles total to beach & back

15-ish.. for wod
good work out
low tide = did 400m on sand
great rock for swings
wall-ups (still a bit hard)
