1. 800 at 3:50 (1:55 /400) with 30 sec rest
800 at 3:37-3:40 (1:48-1:50/400) with 60-90 sec rest
800 at 3:32-3:35 (1:46-1:47 /400) with 200 meter walk for rest
2. 4 x 400 at 1:40 sec (50/200) with 200 walk/jog after each repeat
3. 4 x 600 meters ( 1.5 laps) as:
200 @ 50
200 at 65-70
200 at 50
Rest: Jog 200 after each 600 meter repeat
