Had to do this in basement, it was 4° out before the wind chill. No way I was going to the garage.

Did it from my knees, bottom of ring at 60". I couldn't do dips with at this hight, there was no head room left.

Turned wrists out to start, pulled thru transition then dropped.

Just to cold for grip & to breath
