18:56 as rx'd.Sit-ups with an abmat and anchored feet.Form was strict on all.Need to work more efficient pull-ups and push-ups if I want to make better time.
surfed in PERFECT CONDITIONS FOR ALMOST 3hrs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!100=push after100=sits100=squatsdid 5-ish pulls off sea wall - couldn't do another !!!!!!!!!!

100=push after
100=sits
100=squats
