19:50 as rx'ddid this in the garage before breakfast.first 40 pull-ups where unbroken, new pr.sit-ups on ab-mat with feet anchored. seemed to make my lower back tight.
Ysuper hotpulls = chest hit bar, tough ones..ouch..1 mile warm down
