50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters

Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor".

ring-dips done shoulders to the rings to full extention. HSPU crown of head to ground.

1:30 slower than last time but ring-dips are of a much greater ROM now.

2 ROUND FOR CLIMBING = 3 HRS again at gym!!

Many "boulder climbs" using all the body to get up & over the walls.
