started with 65 for Push-press and 135 for deadlifts.
I could push-press the 65 for one or two but then it started to slip into as push-jerk. I dropped the weight to 45 and that was much -much- easier.
Deadlifts where really challenging, requiring a lot of midline stabilization.
I need to do more of these.
