2 miles to/from beach3(!) HOURS OF SURFING!!!!felt strong after water time..but did everything in slow motionpulls-upssets 1-7 = 10sets7-10 = 7/3dips (done with arms out wide over two rocks / knees tucked insets 1-5 = 10sets 5-10 = 6/4slow run home - good work outgreat day!!
