still not crazy about my squat depth over 245 but it's getting better.

At the "Y"
first time w/real weights in three weeks.

worked on pull-ups = real bar
dips = real station
bench press = real bar

squats
3= 185
sets of 2's = 205
sets of 1's = 225

deep on 3 & 2's sets
ok for sets of 1's

felt ok after not using real weights for 3 weeks, but, a little bummed about the lack hvy weight.

Worked on form for all sets
