At the "Y"first time w/real weights in three weeks.worked on pull-ups = real bardips = real stationbench press = real barsquats3= 185sets of 2's = 205sets of 1's = 225deep on 3 & 2's setsok for sets of 1'sfelt ok after not using real weights for 3 weeks, but, a little bummed about the lack hvy weight. Worked on form for all sets
