Dumbell rounds

Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as nessesary between rounds.

still feeling a bit beat up from Wed workout, esp left shoulder and wrist.

1-4 sets were solid!
(4th set a bit slow after DL)
5th set needed to lower to 45 for hangs & push - went to 55 for squats

excellent workout!!
