Did these with just enought of a jump to get me over the dead spot.

Hoping that I can get strict one if I keep working MUs like this.

full warm up!
23 minutes for 100 of each
15-ish to finish

120 dips = strong for each one
5x10 / 10x5 / last 20 did sets of 2

120 pull-ups
5x10 / 20x3 / the rest VERY neg...

Getting better at each
GRIP gave out during pull-ups
Fore arms were hurtin' also

HAppy for dips = slow but deep

Gym was closed, so no MU.. Someday I'll see if I can do one
