I did the wallballs as strict as I could, butt touched a 4# dynamax ball at the bottom of each rep. I think that hurt my time the most, but of course it was a better work out for it.
Also felt a little sick the last two or three days (sore throat, ear aches ect.), that might have added a minute or two as well.

Much slower than my last time of 24:56.

Wall balls super strong
Jumps = OK, slower than I thought
400 Allen Ave run was cool
