time 26:49 as rx'd.
noticed my knees 'knocked' in on the squat cleans.
I'm sure I could get a better time but I'm still beat up from the begining of the week.
Beach run - late late one..
Not good on form, struggled a bit.
Rocks were good - but arms were flailing eveywhere
