Did this before breakfast and had no dinner last night. I think that may account for the slow down.

Also I'm more than a week overdue of a 'rest' block. Might be overtrained a bit.

time= 19-21-ish...

Pulls=4x10,6x5,10x3 slow near end.
push= 5x20, very strong
sits = 10x10 good, surprised not real strong, will need to do more strick ones in x-warmup
squats=10x10 great, weight on heels, learning back, NO PULL ON KNEE!!!
