For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

39:50 as rx'd. New PR.
No body armor/vest.
Started off with body weight sets 10/20/30 but was to much after the run. did the next 8 sets as 5/10/15.
Finish the last half as 10/20/30.
Have to try 5/10/15 first next time then switch to 10/20/30 for speed.

need to partition BETTER
MILES= 8.4/7.4 SPEED
SQUATS=260/300
PULLS=1/2 jumping negs
PUSH=STRONG...
would have been better if I staged it out
