Three rounds, 15-12-and 9 reps, for time of:
135 pound barbell Thrusters
45 pound weighted Pull-ups

For weighted pull-ups, placing a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles works great.

tried hanging 44# kb from weight belt and I hated it. went back to hooking it with my foot.

22-ish
110 for T's
35 for pulls = most used a slight jump, with a very slow let-down
