With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Completed 'Chelsea' as rx'd.
First 8 or so rounds I finished with 20-22 secs, then I slowly slipped down to the mid teens. Good music helped me make a strong push the last few rounds and get my rest back up to 20ish.
Overall much a much harder work out then I'd have thought. Torn one callous on my left hand.
Only did 10 rounds.
Not feeling the motivation to push today.
