Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

WENT FOR A 7 DAY SURFING TRIP TO NICRUGURA IN CENTRAL AMERICA.. august 13-19th..

Still trying to get my workouts as strong as when I left - Work has been brutal - 12hr days because of all the work I missed... Feeling run-down and weak, but I think once I get back into the routine of getting the kids off to school etc it will come back.
