C FW at 332 with 2 inch handles. Was a bit too much as I lost my grip on the 3rd run at 70ft.
Also rest were close to 2 mins...

WoD - about 30 mins (but who's counting ;) )

Sleep - much better woke a few times again but went right back to sleep.
