Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

2 mile run to beach
hvy wind & rain = nasty

Swings w/35-40 lb rock (tough to judge, the hvy rocks are pretty big to swing)

Ran up/back Allen Ave
Wall-ups are REALLY improving!!!

Swings = 3x7
Wall-ups = 10,2

Time was around 30-ish for all - not quite sure, dropped watch on lawn while doing warm-up push-ups... dooohhh
