Beach run - late night

3.5 miles - felt good
HSPU:off the far end seawall - not bad, worked em' pretty good. 3/4-1/3 down. getting there.
Dips: off the far end stairs railings - good, arms spread a bit out
Push-ups - surprised at how HARD they were - BAD!!
