Beach run - late night3.5 miles - felt goodHSPU:off the far end seawall - not bad, worked em' pretty good. 3/4-1/3 down. getting there.Dips: off the far end stairs railings - good, arms spread a bit outPush-ups - surprised at how HARD they were - BAD!!good one!
