Skipped this and went MTBing at the Fells for about 1:45.
Legs good, lungs ok, skills very rust need a lot of practice. Exp going down rolls and drops.

Sprint paddle = 4 + miles
Beach to Milky & around Milky & back to Beach //non-stop paddle felt good after the 20 minutes
Run=5-6 miles // 3x up & back
legs needed to warm-up
