50 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters

Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor".

push ups chest to the floor at least 50% of the time.

HSPU crown of head to ab mat.
Back of right shoulder still bugging me on pull ups and HSPU.
