MU's done from knees but I raise rings from just overhead to 57".

Previous workouts the rings where just over my head at 54".

Had to ditch the vest for the new ring height.

Beach run
3.5 miles total

7x10=70 true wall-ups (using the 8' seawall - tough on fingers)
7x25=push-ups
dip staion rock is gone - will have to use far stairs next time
