Felt pretty beat from Tuesdays 5 rounds of SDHP and Thrusters.
Took it easy, got a 2 day seminar starting tomorrow.

50/50=sits/push

2.5 total miles
5x "up & back at low tide"
5x10 = wall ups in between sprints
