45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

1:10 improvement over 3/13/07
would have been maybe a minute more but I had to stop and turn around every 20 feet on the lunges, this was awkward with the barbell in a close space.
