Five Rounds

Five rounds for time of:
75 pound Snatch, 3 reps
75 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
Run 400 meters

Squats + Run = pain
I felt like I was running in water.

Woke up with a sore back and my knees are still tight. Definately going to take next week off.

thought the two were kind-of the same... tough one, no free wghts where the treadsmill is, had to mod WOD
