@ythought the two were kind-of the same... tough one, no free wghts where the treadsmill is, had to mod WOD3 rounds snatch / overhead w/751-mile (plus 79 steps to top floor)2 rounds snatch /overhead w/651 mile runcouldn't tell ifI was runing near the end, had to look at my legs - !!
