For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

OUT of time - spent, HARD!!!!!
1 mile 8.4 speed
75 pulls -FULL DEEP!!!!
(hurtin' after 40 - but kept at the deep ones)
200 push - good, strong
250 squats - deep, tough after 175
mile - 7.3 speed
35 minutes..
Total 46:51 with an 8# vest.
screwed up and didn't start my watch until some where around the 20th or 30th pull-up.
I know my 1st mile run was 8mins, going to tack 10 mins on to that and add 18 mins on to what I clocked the rest of the way.
