1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

Brought everything back up to the attic yesterday so I'm pretty happy with that time. Can do better.

You should mention you used a cinder block for the swings :)

40lbs for swings (could use more lbs)
15-ish for time
pulls - just OK (little upset that they were not good.
