Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

Compare to 070526.

hmm, I did this backwards.

Did pull-ups then bench presses.

Tried to keep my butt on the bench at all times, seemed to make the presses harder.

Bench=185lbs
1=5/10 (wicked mind games)
2=3/7.5
3=3/7
4=1/5
5=1/7
Just mind games for both - can do MUCH better - was a little unsure going in to it...
