With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

14 rounds +14 pull-ups.

Did this on the crummy 1/2" bar, hard to grip and hard to kip.

Used very little kipping, these where semi strict pull-ups.

Got a few 1 hand handstands against the wall. Need to build up my time to 1min each side.
