Crown of head to floor.

Felt fine doing this but after I cooled down my back stiffened up.
Hurt mostly while I stood.
Massage and heat helped a ton, ice not so much this time.

20/20=dips/pulls (2x10 for both!)
30/30=b-ex/OH

not timed - but little or no rest
200lbs for deads (still a mental thing for 225)
HSPU's = OK, 1/2 to 1/3 down. OK, working on them
