did this at the planet so I had to be careful and not push it. Also had to lower the bar to the ground each rep very gently. This greatly added to the work and the time.
Back was tight after but streching knocked it right out. Pretty good considering how back it was the day before.

non stop, little rest
pretty spent - felt it BUT>>>
NOT pretty - gave it a go
form way off-went light so not to hurt anything
2 miles - trying to get a good 8 minute mile to be easy
