MU's from knees with rings at 59" from floor, otherwise as rx'd.

Bumping the ring height up is making it much harder. Learned some where in the 2nd set that pulling hard and fast, helped me get thru the transition point. In the first set I detected a slight pushing with my toe, pulling explosively removed this.

SURF SURF SURF!!!!!!!!!
finally = 2x overhead
sunny, water cool pretty good - lots lots of paddling, not to much "surfing" waves were hard to catch - good workout - tri's stiff

Beach nite run = 2.2 miles
AFTER surfing for 2.45 hrs
3x50 = squats // good
3x7 = dips off the stairs
3x10= med hvy flat rock - good

beat!
