did this on the 'Milton 400'1:091:221:191:15found that stride frequency sped me up. Also rested lying on the ground for sets 3 and 4 seemed to help recovery.
surfed for 1.5 hours (small/fun)Beach nite runBUT - just kept on running, cold night needed to warm up...6 miles plus - good pace/ lost in thought
