Back was still sore/messed up from the deadlifts yesterday so I took this fairly easy.
Working up the sweat and streaching out alot after help alot. Getting on the 4" roller after helped even more.

5/20=pulls/dips
Cindy = 10 sets in 16 minutes
5x10=pulls
25x10=push
20x10=squats
(squats OK - legs a bit sore)
HARD two miles at end!!!!!!
