75 pound Thruster, 21 reps

running done on treadmill, incline at 1%

50/50=push/sits
25/25=dips/pulls
10/30=OH/b-ext

Dad was sent to the ICU @ Beverly Hospital = did this very fast, just to relive some stress.

DID the stairs @ Y, 5 floors for run, all t-mills being used

65 lbs for weight
STAIRS WORKED WELL! (might use em for anther 400)
